When returning a product, you must contact us at 508-230-9707 within 5 days of receiving your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will expire 10 days after being issued. You are responsible for returning the item to the address designated by Medi-Rub Enterprises Customer Service Counselor in a trackable fashion, and the RMA number must be written very clearly on your shipping label on the outside of your shipping box. Once the product you ship back to us is confirmed received, and in new condition, a merchandise credit, or an exchange credit will be applied to your account.

It is very important you do not deface the retail box in any way, so please be sure your RMA is prominently displayed only on the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box, so we don't refuse your package. Products must be in like-new condition, contain all of its original contents, and in its original packaging in order to be accepted for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will process your return immediately upon receipt.

Our principle place of business is at P.O. Box 434, 92 Poquanticut Avenue, North Easton, MA 02356 and we hereby warrant to the original purchaser that we will replace the defective unit, at no charge to the customer including shipping to and from the customers place of residence or business,for the first year of ownership when such request is made within one year of purchase. (Proof of purchase date must be sent when claiming service under this warranty.)

To have the above warranty honored, the original purchaser must package the device together with the name, address, zip code, phone number and proof of purchase and an explanation of the malfunction. We will arrange for United Parcel Service to pick up the device at no cost to the customer. This service is applicable anywhere in the contiguous United States only.

After the first year it is the customers responsibility to return the device back to us at, P.O. Box 434, 92 Poquanticut Avenue, North Easton, MA 02356, (508)230-9707, along with a detailed explanation of the malfunction. Prior to service or repair, we will notify the customer of the cost. Any and all repairs after the first year are guaranteed not to exceed a total of eighty dollars ($89.00) including shipping the product back to the customer.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA and does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished, or to units which have been altered or modified or to damage to products or parts. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service or repaired by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In the event that Medi-Rub Corporation does not abide by terms of this warranty, the customer may seek breach of contract remedies inthe State or Federal Courts of law. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
